By using Staying Alive Stats, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
2. Service Description
Staying Alive Stats is a daily check-in service that sends email notifications to your designated emergency contacts when you check in.
⚠️ Important
This service is NOT a substitute for emergency services. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, please call emergency services (999 in UK, 911 in US).
3. User Accounts
You agree to:
Provide accurate information
Keep your login credentials secure
Only add emergency contacts who have consented to receive notifications
4. Free and Premium Services
Free Tier
Daily check-in notifications
Up to 2 emergency contacts
May include advertisements
Premium (£0.99/week)
Up to 4 emergency contacts
Daily calendar view
No advertisements
Cancel anytime
Ad Removal (£0.99 one-time)
Permanently removes advertisements from the free tier.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.
6. Limitation of Liability
Staying Alive Stats is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use this service.
